Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before enrolling in the course ("Course") offered by Crafting with Paula. By enrolling in the Course, you ("You" or "Participant") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Course Enrollment

1.1. To enroll in the Course, You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2. Course Content

2.1. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, tutorials, PDFs, images, and any other instructional content ("Content"), are the intellectual 

property of Crafting with Paula and are protected by copyright laws.

2.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use during the Course duration.

2.3. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or otherwise exploit the Course Content in any way, whether for profit or not, without the express written consent of Crafting with Paula.

3. Course Duration and Access

3.1. The Course duration and access period will be specified at the time of enrollment.

3.2. Access to the Course Content is valid for 6 months or for the time it remains on Thinkific.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1. We offer a refund policy as long as it is requested by email ([email protected]) up to two weeks after enrollment.

4.2. You may cancel your enrollment within the timeframe specified in the refund policy to be eligible for a refund.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner while participating in the Course. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

5.2. We reserve the right to remove You from the Course without a refund if You violate this Code of Conduct.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. While We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, We make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of the Course Content. You use the Content at your own risk.

7. Termination

7.1. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course if You breach any of these Terms.

8. Modifications

8.1. We may update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify You of any significant changes. Your continued participation in the Course after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
